With over 20 years of combined experience in the event industry, our family has been part of exceptional weddings and special occasions. Elizabeth’s background as a floral designer and event stylist — along with years of experience managing multiple venues and working with trusted vendors — brings an expert understanding of how to craft seamless, visually stunning celebrations.
Ailed grew up immersed in this world, watching her mom design and bring events to life. Her love for art and design evolved into a passion for interiors, branding, and creative direction — curating spaces and experiences that are timeless and intentional.

Having spent our lives in Houston and many weekends in Columbus, the countryside has always felt like a second home. When we discovered the property that is now Ro Manor, its open landscape, sprawling oaks, and peaceful atmosphere immediately stood out. Before it ever became a venue, a wedding had already been held here — a beautiful sign that this land was always meant for celebration. We saw the potential to create a refined, purpose-built space that honors its natural beauty while preserving the landscape’s charm and offering modern elegance. Every detail, from the architecture to the interiors and gardens, was handpicked by us to create a timeless setting for life’s most meaningful moments.
