EVENT LOGISTICS
Yes, we can accommodate both indoor and outdoor receptions and ceremonies.
Our on-site parking accommodates approximately 100 vehicles, with ample private street parking available nearby. Additional parking spaces are designated for vendors, and caterers have exclusive access for convenient loading and setup.
Valet parking is not required; however, we highly recommend this service for a guest count over 200
and for rainy day issues to help elevate your guests’ experience. We can assist you with hiring valet
services through our trusted preferred vendor.
Yes, vehicles may be left overnight; however, they must be picked up before the start of any scheduled event the following day.
If you plan to leave a vehicle, please coordinate with your event planner to arrange a convenient pickup time, as the gate may be closed.-
Decorations are permitted with prior approval and care.

No tape, wire, nails, or adhesives on walls. Candles must be enclosed in glass, and items such as rice, glitter, confetti, are not allowed.

Balloons are allowed when securely anchored. Floating or released balloons are not permitted.

Fresh Rose petals are permitted (light-colored outdoors; fresh or silk indoors) and must be cleaned up afterward.

Yes, there are no stairs on the property, making it easily accessible for everyone.
Ro Manor has a front covered drive-up porch, making it easy for guests and vendors to unload. Backup options for your outdoor ceremony or reception include moving the setup to the covered Veranda or indoors. We will discuss the options when planning your event.
We have power outlets in the Ballroom and outside in our covered Veranda for your dj and/or live band.
STAFFING AND SERVICES
Ro Manor is a full-service venue that offers a variety of services, including:
Planning, coordination, catering, bartending, wait staff, security, valet, fresh floral arrangements, and an extensive inventory of décor and event rentals.
The venue rental provides an on-site manager to oversee the venue facilities the day of your event.
Ro Manor offers packages that cover all your staffing needs. Our services include
planning/coordination, security, bartenders, staffing/servers, valet, as well as set-up and cleanup crews.
We provide an on-site venue manager to oversee the property and our in-house services on the day of your event.
If you have not hired a planner or day-of coordinator, we strongly recommend our planning and coordination package to help manage vendors and ensure your event runs seamlessly.Ro Manor offers in-house catering and has partnered exceptional catering vendors to provide a variety of menu options. A $1,500 service fee applies only to caterers not on our preferred vendor list. All caterers must be fully licensed and insured, naming the venue as the certificate holder.
You’re welcome to provide your own alcohol. To meet state regulations, all beverages must be served by Ro Manor’s licensed bartenders. Our team will assist with planning quantities, selecting the ideal bar package—which includes all necessary supplies—and designing a custom drink menu for your celebration.
Alcoholic beverages may be served only while Ro Manor’s licensed bartenders and security staff are on duty during your reserved event time. Bar service cannot begin before your contracted start time or extend beyond your event hours, and alcohol service must conclude at least 30 minutes before the event ends.
One security officer is included in the base package. For events with more than 100 guests, additional security personnel will be required at a starting rate of $65 per hour, per officer. Rates may vary based on duration, time of day, or special requirements.
Our preferred vendors offer exceptional services are all insured, licensed and have prior approval by
Ro Manor. Please contact us to discuss which services are eligible for outside vendors and any
restrictions that may apply. Outside vendors must show proof of liability insurance, licensing and have
Ro Manor as the certificate holder.
PAYMENT AND RESERVATION
To secure your date, a signed venue agreement and initial payment are required. Deposit amounts and payment schedules are outlined during the booking process. Ro Manor offers different payment plans to make booking simple and convenient.
We accept cash, card, check and zelle payments. Please be aware that fees will apply for any returned checks.
Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon processing a signed contract and the required first payment.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and is the customer's responsibility to ensure our office receives the cancellation notice. For more details on our cancellation policy, please contact us to review the terms outlined in the venue agreement.
You may bring your personal belongings at the start of the rental period you have booked on the day of your event.
Event time varies based on the package and space reserved. To arrange an extension or learn more about extension rates, please contact us with plenty of notice before your event, as same-day extensions are not permitted. Events that exceed their contracted time will incur additional fees.

We allow one hour for your rehearsal walkthrough, which can be scheduled up to two months prior to your event and is based on venue availability. Many couples find that rehearsing on the day of the wedding is convenient for the wedding party and family members.
If you’re interested in hosting a rehearsal dinner the evening before your wedding, please contact us for special pricing and availability.
Setup includes tables and chairs arranged according to your finalized floor plan, as well as tablecloths and any additional rentals booked through Ro Manor. Cleanup is done before and after your rental period. Any rentals setup by outside vendors must be picked up and removed by the time your event ends. Rentals provided by outside vendors must be fully broken down and removed within one hour of your event’s conclusion.

Pets are permitted with prior approval and must be under the care of a certified handler with proper insurance. Qualified service animals are always welcome.
There are two hotels located less than five minutes from Ro Manor, along with a variety of charming vacation rentals nearby. Many of our guests enjoy stays on VRBO.com and Airbnb.com for additional options in the area. We’re happy to provide transportation recommendations if you’d like to coordinate travel for your guests.
