EVENT LOGISTICS
Yes, Ro Manor accommodates both indoor and outdoor ceremonies and receptions.
Our on-site parking offers space for approximately 100 vehicles, with additional spots available for vendors.
We can assist with arranging valet through our trusted preferred vendor. While not required, it’s highly recommended—especially in case of rain—to ensure a smooth and elevated experience for your guests.
Vehicles may be left overnight but must be picked up before the next day’s events. Please coordinate with our team for pickup, as the gate may be closed.

We offer a one-hour rehearsal walkthrough, which can be scheduled up to 30 days before your event, depending on venue availability.
The setup includes tables and chairs arranged according to your finalized floor plan, linens, and any additional rentals booked through Ro Manor.
Our inventory includes the following table sizes: round tables (60" and 72"), square tables (60" and 72"), wooden tables that seat 10, and 32" cocktail tables.
Please contact us to confirm which table sizes are included in your rental package.
Pets are permitted with prior approval and must be under the care of a certified handler with proper insurance. Qualified service animals are always welcome.
