  • We operate by appointment only. We kindly request that you schedule a tour so we can provide you with personalized service. Please allow about 30 minutes to an hour for the tour.

EVENT LOGISTICS

  • Yes, we can accommodate both indoor and outdoor receptions.

  • Our on-site parking accommodates about 100 cars for guests, with additional parking available for vendors.

  • Valet parking is not required; however for a more exclusive experience to your guests we recommend hiring our valet parking services.

  • Guest security is a priority, so please ensure all vehicles are parked in designated areas and monitored appropriately. Vehicles may be left in the parking lot overnight; however, all cars must be removed before the start of any subsequent events scheduled for the following day. The gate may be closed, so we recommend coordinating with the planner on duty to arrange vehicle retrieval time.

    • Decorations may not be hung on walls using tape, wire, nails, or screws.

    • Candles must be contained in glass, with flames no higher than two inches below the glass rim.

    • The use of rice, confetti, bubbles, floating balloons, glitter, pyrotechnics, and sparklers is not permitted.

    • Petals are allowed for the ceremony, but they must be removed immediately afterward to avoid slipping.

    • All decorations must be removed without causing damage immediately after the event, unless special arrangements have been made.

  • Yes, there are no stairs on the property, making it easily accessible for everyone.

  • Ro Manor thas a front covered drive-up porch, making it easy for guests and vendors to unload without any issues. Backup options for your outdoor ceremony or reception include moving the setup to the covered patio or indoors. We will review these options when planning your event.

STAFFING AND SERVICES

  • Ro Manor is a full-service venue that offers a variety of services, including catering, bartending, wait staff, valet service, fresh floral arrangements, décor rentals, and security.

  • Ro Manor offers comprehensive event packages that cover all your staffing needs. Our services include security, valet, servers, bartenders, as well as setup and cleanup crews. Contact us to discuss the package that best suits your event, and let us handle the details so you can focus on enjoying your event.

  • We provide an on-site coordinator to oversee the facility and manage our in-house services. For the coordination of external services and additional event details, we recommend hiring a dedicated event planner

  • Ro Manor has partnered with exceptional catering vendors to offer a variety of options tailored to your event’s needs. If you decide not to use our catering services, please note that a service fee will apply to cover facility usage and support. We recommend consulting with our coordinator to explore the best options for your event.

  • To comply with legal regulations, we require both a bartender and security service when serving alcohol. All alcohol must be served by Ro Manor’s bartenders, who will assist you in choosing the appropriate service for your event.

  • Alcoholic beverages can be served while a bartender and security service are on duty, typically for 4 to 6 hours during your event. However, no alcoholic beverages should be served at least one hour before the event ends. Our event planners will assist you in selecting the appropriate bar package for your event.

  • Yes, we require a minimum of two security officers per event. The service is determined based on the number of guests, and pricing varies depending on the event hours and guest count. Please contact us for pricing information.

  • We understand that you may have specific vendors in mind for your event needs. Therefore, we allow outside vendors for certain services. Outside vendors must be insured, obtain necessary licenses, and require approval by Ro Manor. Please contact us to discuss which services are eligible for outside vendors and any restrictions that may apply.

PAYMENT AND RESERVATION

  • To reserve a date, a signed contract and the required initial payment are required. All payment details will be discussed during the booking process. Please note that the total balance must be paid at least one month before the event date

    • Credit Card: Payments made by credit card will incur a 3.2% processing fee.

    • Cash, Check, and Zelle: These payment methods do not have any additional fees.

    • Returned Checks: Please be aware that fees will apply for any returned checks.

  • Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon processing a signed contract and the required first payment.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure our office receives the cancellation notice. Cancellation fees will apply. For more details on our cancellation policy, please contact us to review the terms outlined in the contract.

  • You may bring your personal belongings at the start of the rental period you have booked for your event. Additionally, we offer the option to access the venue the day before for an additional cost.

  • The rental fee covers the time from 9:00 AM to midnight. If you wish to extend your event, additional fees will apply. The earliest setup time is 8:00 AM, and the latest end time is 1:00 AM. For details on extension fees or to arrange an extension, please contact us.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Ivy House provides over 5,000+ square feet for the bride and groom to prepare for their special day. For more information please visit the 'Spaces' tab.

  • We allow one hour for your rehearsal walkthrough. Please check with your planner for availability.

  • We setup tables, chairs and a choice of white, ivory or black floor lenght linens.

  • Upon booking, simply ask your planner for a list of the tables and chairs included in your setup. We will go over it when we assist you in creating a floor plan for your event along with the dimensions if needed. To ensure a seamless setup, we kindly request that the floor plan be finalized at least 30 days before your event date.

  • One or two pets are allowed for outdoor pictures and must be attended by an adult at all times. Pets are not allowed indoors.

  • There are several accommodations in the area. We recommend two hotels located less than five minutes from the venue for your guests. Please contact the hotels directly to inquire about room availability and to make reservations. Simply mention your event and the date when you call.
