  • The venue rental ranges from $7,500 to $12,500. Pricing varies by space and season. Please contact us for details.

  • Tours are by appointment only so we can provide each guest with a personalized experience.

EVENT LOGISTICS

  • Yes, Ro Manor accommodates both indoor and outdoor ceremonies and receptions.

  • Our on-site parking offers space for approximately 100 vehicles, with additional spots available for vendors.

  • We can assist with arranging valet through our trusted preferred vendor. While not required, it’s highly recommended—especially in case of rain—to ensure a smooth and elevated experience for your guests.

  • Vehicles may be left overnight but must be picked up before the next day’s events. Please coordinate with our team for pickup, as the gate may be closed.

    • Decorations are permitted with prior approval.

    • No tape, wire, nails, or adhesives on walls.

    • Candles must be enclosed in glass

    • Rice, glitter, confetti, are not allowed.

    • Balloons must be securely anchored; floating or released balloons are not allowed.

    • Fresh rose petals are allowed (light-colored outdoors; fresh or silk indoors) and must be cleaned up.

    • Sparklers and pyrotechnics are allowed only with prior venue approval.

  • Yes, the venue is fully accessible for all guests, including those with special needs.

  • Ro Manor has a covered front porch for easy unloading. If needed, outdoor setups can be moved to the Veranda or indoors—options will be discussed during planning.

  • Sufficient power outlets are available in both the Ballroom and the Veranda to accommodate your DJ or live band.

STAFFING AND SERVICES

  • Ro Manor is a full-service venue, offering a range of add-on services to make your event seamless and memorable.

    • The venue rental includes an on-site manager to oversee the property.

    • Professional bartenders and security are required for all events (additional fees apply).

    • Day-of Coordination and Event Staffing packages are available to provide seamless support and enhance your experience.

  • An on-site venue manager is included with your rental to oversee the property and in-house services on your event day.

    Day-of coordination is available as an add-on to manage vendors and ensure your event runs smoothly.

  • Ro Manor offers in-house catering and also works with a select list of preferred vendors, each providing a variety of menu options.

    A $1,500 service fee applies for caterers not on our preferred vendor list.

    All caterers must be fully licensed and insured, with Ro Manor listed as the certificate holder.

  • Our TABC permit is currently in progress and is expected to be finalized by June 2026. Please contact us for details.

  • Alcoholic beverages are served by Ro Manor’s licensed bartenders and security during your six-hour event. Service begins with your event and concludes 30 minutes before the end, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

    • A security officer is included in the base package for up to 100 guests.

    • For events over 100 guests, additional security personnel are required at a starting rate of $65 per hour, per officer.

  • Ro Manor provides a preferred vendor list of exceptional, fully licensed and insured vendors approved by the venue.

    • Outside vendors must provide proof of liability insurance, licensing, and list Ro Manor as the certificate holder.

    • Please contact us to confirm which services are eligible for outside vendors and any applicable restrictions.

PAYMENT AND RESERVATION

    • A signed venue agreement and initial payment are required to secure your date.

    • Deposit amounts and payment schedules are provided during the booking process.

    • Ro Manor offers flexible payment plans.

    • No extra fee for cash, check, or Zelle payments.

    • A 3.2% fee applies to credit card payments.

    • Fees will apply for any returned checks.

  • Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon processing a signed contract and the required first payment.

    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure our office receives the notice.

    • For details, please contact us to review the cancellation policy outlined in the venue agreement.

  • You may bring your personal belongings at the start of the rental period you have booked on the day of your event.

    • Your venue rental includes six hours of event time

    • If you’d like more time. Please contact us to learn about extension options.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Our venue provides a range of on-site amenities for the wedding party to get ready. For more details, please visit the Ivy House section under the Spaces tab.

  • We offer a one-hour rehearsal walkthrough, which can be scheduled up to 30 days before your event, depending on venue availability.

  • The setup includes tables and chairs arranged according to your finalized floor plan, linens, and any additional rentals booked through Ro Manor.

  • Our inventory includes the following table sizes: round tables (60" and 72"), square tables (60" and 72"), wooden tables that seat 10, and 32" cocktail tables.

    Please contact us to confirm which table sizes are included in your rental package.

  • Pets are permitted with prior approval and must be under the care of a certified handler with proper insurance. Qualified service animals are always welcome.

    • Some hotels are located just minutes from Ro Manor, along with a variety of nearby vacation rentals.

    • Many guests also use VRBO.com and Airbnb.com for additional lodging options.

    • Transportation recommendations are available to help coordinate travel for your guests.
