Yes. RO MANOR offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony options, based on your event needs and selected spaces.
Yes. Ivy House provides dedicated getting-ready spaces for the wedding party beginning at 10:00 AM.

A personalized weather plan is discussed during the planning process to ensure your event can continue smoothly.
Yes, both The Manor and The Veranda have sufficient power outlets to accommodate DJ and live band.
CATERING & BAR
CATERING OPTIONS:
You may choose RO MANOR's in-house catering, a preferred caterer, or an approved outside caterer.
Yes. Outside caterers are welcome with a $1,500 fee, proof of insurance, and required licensing. Returning approved caterers receive a reduced $800 fee.
Yes. Bar service is a required event service, with packages available to suit your celebration.
Staffing needed for services selected through RO MANOR is included with those services.
GUEST EXPERIENCE
Yes, a variety of nearby accommodations, including Airbnb and VRBO options, are available just minutes from RO MANOR. Our team is happy to provide a list of recommendations.
On-site parking accommodates approximately 100 vehicles, with a separate designated area for vendors to ensure a smooth and organized arrival.
Valet parking is not required.
RO MANOR can assist with arranging valet service through one of our preferred vendors. Valet is a convenient option, especially during inclement weather.
Vehicles may be left overnight and must be picked up before the next day’s events. Please coordinate vehicle pickup with our team.
Pets are permitted with prior approval and must be supervised to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Qualified service animals are always welcome.
PLANNING AND COORDINATION
Yes. Day-of coordination is required for all weddings at RO MANOR to ensure that your celebration is executed seamlessly and that all event details, vendors, and logistics are professionally managed throughout the day.
Yes. A ceremony rehearsal is included with up to one hour of rehearsal time and can be scheduled up to 30 days before your event, based on venue availability.
Additional rehearsal time may be available for an additional fee.
You may bring your personal belongings beginning at 10:00 AM on the day of your event.
Additional setup time is available for an additional fee.
TOUR & BOOKING
Yes, tours are by appointment only.
A signed venue agreement and initial payment are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance will follow an agreed-upon payment schedule.
